I started this business over 15 years ago after I finished school at The French Pastry school in Chicago where I furthered my culinary arts degree to specialize in cake decorating. Baking was a passion I learned at a young age baking with my mom and I just knew it had to be what I did for the rest of my life. When I'm not working on my own business you can find me playing my our new daughter, enjoying criminal minds reruns and enjoying as much family time as I can!

My name is Blythe Forman, and I have been creating decadent desserts for more than 20 years! I specialize in cakes for weddings and large celebrations. As a wedding vendor here in the Treasure Valley since 2016, I have gained the trust and rave reviews of countless couples, venues, coordinators and more. Custom cakes are an art form, and I spend many hours every year furthering my education through classes, workshops, and travel. I have taken classes in Europe and Asia as well as the United States. I am Melanie Kreller, the proud owner of 'Boise Custom Cakes' ​I was raised on a dairy farm in Meridian, Idaho then moved around a lot! I'm so happy to be back in the Treasure Valley. I’m Keri Lainhart, owner of Oh, For Heaven Cakes! I am a Jane Austen junkie. I love Regency Era novels, movies and music, but goodness know I am thankful I don’t have to wear a corset. Being a mom is the BEST! Although, I still think I’m way too immature. After all… these little people are dependent on a person who skips down the sidewalk, sings in the shower and secretly eats pie for breakfast. Nothing makes me happier than meeting a beautiful couple in love, hearing their story, and helping them make their dream cake a reality.

My name is Camree, the face behind Cakes by Cam! I have always loved baking since I was young and decided to turn this hobby into something more. It started small with custom cakes and now I'm in LOVE with creating wedding cakes and being able to contribute to someone's special day. Aside from baking, I grew up in Boise and throughout the years have fallen in love with everything it has to offer. From snowfall in the winter to the beautiful Boise summer days, we truly have the best of all worlds here!
