Meadowlark and the team (Julia and Amber) were amazing. Communication throughout the whole process was fantastic. We booked Paracel for our wedding tea ceremony & reception venue, and Matthew for our MC & DJ. We were thoroughly satisfied with our experience with the venue & Matthew. When set up, Paracel was such an beautiful venue to have our wedding reception. We would say the space was just right for about 200 guests with plenty of room for our other vendors to setup, including an outdoor patio. However, it would be good to know that the projector screen is right behind the stage which did prevent us having a slideshow as our sweetheart table arch backdrop did obstruct it. We opted for the Platinum Plate Menu & even had an opportunity to try the food before booking. According to our guests, they enjoyed the presentation of Lobster Fruit Salad. Other highlights included the House Special Lobster Garlic Noodles & Peking Duck with Steamed Bun. They thought the food was delicious & plentiful. The bar being indoors & close to the tables made it very convenient for many of our guests to easily grab a drink. Matthew was accommodating & was easy to communicate with throughout the planning. He also gave us suggestions and recommendations based on his experience. Matthew as a DJ & MC was also phenomenal. He exceeded our expectations with keeping our guests engaged & entertained. Despite his limited Vietnamese, his father was also there that night to assist with translating for our Vietnamese guests. Matthew really knew how to read the room & hype people up. As the night was coming to a close & the dance floor opened up, he seemed to know what music to play to keep the crowd going & even concluded the night with a special moment for us. Paracel has such an amazing package for a wedding reception. You would be hard pressed to find an experience as good as Paracel in the area. We highly recommend Paracel for your wedding or next event!

The entire experience was flawless from beginning to end, thanks to the amazing Lidiet, who was our party planner and quite honestly, the heart and soul behind our unforgettable event. Lidiet went above and beyond in every possible way. Not only did she help us plan every detail, but she also personally took care of the backdrop, photo booth, and helped us connect with various goody vendors to make the day extra special. Her eye for design, organizational skills, and warm, can-do attitude made the entire process stress-free and even fun. The venue itself was stunning—clean, elegant, and perfectly arranged to accommodate our guests comfortably. The ambiance was beautiful, and the layout worked wonderfully for our celebration. And let me just say—the food was absolutely exquisite! So many of our guests complimented the dishes, and everything was fresh, flavorful, and served perfectly. Guests raved about the event and kept asking how we managed to pull everything off so seamlessly—and the answer is simple: Lidiet and the team at OC Salsa. Best venue in SoCal! As a catering company, we work at many different venues, and Fete the Venue is by far our favorite. It’s the best! We have catered for a variety of unique events there, and the ballroom transfers to whatever theme you can dream up. It’s a blank slate to work with, very light and airy, and the high ceilings give it a nice open look. It’s exciting to see how different the room looks each time we are there. The outside patio is a wonderful option for your guests to get a breath of fresh air, or set the theme for the event, and it is a beautiful ceremony site. Opening the roll-up doors make an awesome grand entrance for any event, especially a Wedding reception. It is on one level, so there are no stairs or elevators to deal with, and very convenient for the guests to park and enter easily. It’s very well maintained, and always clean. There is always staff on-site at every event, so there is never a problem that isn’t solved quickly, and everyone is such a pleasure to work with, especially Sarah. She is amazing! I would highly recommend Fete the Venue when planning any event to ensure that your day will be a success, leaving your guests with a smile and ready to return again soon! In 1968 it was designated as both a State and National Historic Landmark, which is the highest honor a building can receive. Harborside is one of Newport’s premier banquet facilities which accommodates between 100-500 guests. We offer very competitive prices, fabulous food, full bar, premium wines, friendly service and the best views of Newport Harbor. The Grand Ballroom consists of one large room, or it can be divided into two separate rooms; the Catalina room has an outside deck for about 20 extra guests or other uses. We are happy to offer excellent vendor referrals for decor and entertainment so you can dance the night away and celebrate all night!

Indoor Venue with Stunning Views: One of the standout features of this venue is the breathtaking floor-to-ceiling windows. The view of the harbor is absolutely gorgeous, especially with the lighting around the windows. It made an unforgettable backdrop during both our ceremony and reception. Having an indoor venue put my mind at ease, no need to worry about the weather! Helpful and Professional Staff: The staff here went above and beyond to make our day as stress-free as possible. They were always available for questions and offered valuable suggestions when we needed them. Their attention to detail was impeccable, and you could tell they were genuinely invested in making our wedding perfect. Affordable Pricing: We were blown away by how reasonably priced Harborside Grand Ballroom is compared to other venues in the area, especially considering the stunning views and the level of service we received. They offer a range of packages to suit different budgets, and we felt like we got incredible value for what we paid. One Helpful Tip: Talk to the venue staff about parking solutions for the day of your wedding. Parking can be difficult depending on the season and it is good to have a plan for guests. If you're looking for a stunning indoor venue with exceptional service, a gorgeous view, and affordable pricing, look no further than Harborside Grand Ballroom.
