Welcome to The Mitten Building! Originally constructed in 1890 as the Haigh Citrus Packing House, the building later operated as the Mitten Letter Factory from 1940 to 1980. Today, thanks to the current owners’ dedication to preserving its historical charm, the space boasts original brick walls, exposed rafters, and rich wood details. Since 2000, our family has proudly hosted a wide range of events in its versatile spaces, including the multi-level Main Room, the cozy basement Speakeasy Bar, and the Summerbell Room with its enchanting Garden Patio. We are a Top floor penthouse in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles. The perfect space for gatherings or to celebrate a special event. There is no other space like this. We have packages for you to be able to customize the ceiling to a theme of your choice. We can split the space into two sections or you can buy the full space out. We have 6 restrooms total onsite as well as 2 prep kitchen areas and a spacious balcony. Minimum hourly depends on day of the week or type of event. We run our space in time slots not hourly We require a security team to insure the event runs smoothly. This is a separate cost and depends on the capacity. We charge a $2500 refundable security deposit via email invoice. This amount is returned within 4-5 business days of the event once everything checks out.

The Revery is both an indoor and outdoor space, updated with modern amenities including HVAC, no noise curfew, tons of natural light, and perfect for the modern couple who is looking for a hidden gem.

Located in Downtown Los Angeles, just outside of the Arts District, is our 4,000+ sq. ft. space. Stage 1 has polished concrete floors, two skylights, and a cyc. There is a production loft available that overlooks the entire stage. Within the space, the power rating is 400 amps. In addition, there are surround sound Bose music speakers.
