“The Vault was literally the perfect venue that exceeded our expectations in every way. Everyone we worked with was helpful and quick to communicate back with us. Jessica, our designated coordinator, was AMAZING - she was always available to answer my questions and even helped diffuse my wedding-day anxiety when I needed it most. I had some family drama the morning of the wedding and she was so sweet she gave me a hug and a pep talk and really made things go sooo much smoother! We felt lucky to have her as our coordinator. The venue itself was stunning, with a thoughtful layout and tons of space. I was worried about our guests feeling cramped, but with the multiple rooms and the alley they could wander, it felt perfect! I've referred multiple friends to The Holly Vault since our wedding, and I can say with full confidence that you're not just paying for a venue, but a team that genuinely cares about ensuring you have a wonderful day. “Chime entertainment is an all around amazing vendor for DJ/MCEE, Photo booth, and videography services. Our day was amazing thanks to them! The Photo Booth added such a fun touch to the evening and was definitely a huge hit with all the funny props! It also left us with a full digital album of all of our guests having the time of their lives and was immediately available for us to look at (which came in handy while we waited for our wedding photos to come back). Everyone wont stop talking about how fun/perfect our wedding was and these guys were definitely the reason. Adam D, our main contact, was always quick to respond and always available when it came to answering our questions. Our DJ, George, was incredible, not only keeping the energy high all night but also stepping in to help coordinate the evening. “I cannot say enough amazing things about Julie, our day-of wedding coordinator. She went above and beyond to ensure our day was flawless from start to finish. Communication was seamless, she was incredibly responsive in the weeks leading up to the wedding and totally understood our vision. I had purchased over 400 vases, candles, and fresh roses for the decor, and Julie handled the setup beautifully. She brought everything to life just the way I imagined, elegant, romantic, and perfectly styled. I provided a timeline, but she took full ownership of it and made sure everything ran right on schedule without me having to stress for a second. She was originally booked just for makeup for 6 girls, but when I was in a pinch, she graciously accommodated doing hair for 8 of us last minute. She made me feel absolutely beautiful, and my hair and makeup lasted flawlessly through the entire night. They both arrived promptly, were professional yet so easy to get along with, and made everyone in my bridal party feel comfortable and confident. “I can't thank Kimberley enough for the amazing work she did on my wedding day! We had a large group-7 bridesmaids, a flower girl (who was added last minute), my mom, and of course, me—and she handled it all seamlessly. She brought an assistant with her, and both of them arrived early (even though we started at 5:30am) & were very professional, and incredibly patient as we navigated through the morning. Even though I did two trials - one style with my hair down and another high updo, I ended up going with a traditional low bun last minute, and Kimberley nailed it! She worked her magic and made me feel absolutely beautiful. I also want to express my gratitude for the extra time she took with my mom during the process. My mom came with me to one of my trials, and I could tell how much she cared about making sure everything was perfect for both of us. And as if that wasn't impressive enough, even after some unexpected moments of being "thrown up" in the air during the reception, my hairstyle held up flawlessly all night long! I truly appreciate her talent, patience, and kindness. Thank you so much for making me and my bridal party feel so special on my big day!
