Our passion for great BBQ goes back over 25 years. After attending a few weddings catered by other BBQ companies, we realized something — we could do it better. That’s when HI5 BBQ was born. We make everything fresh to order for each event — nothing reheated, nothing made in bulk. We believe that a wedding is one of the most important days of your life, and the food should reflect that. The BBQ should be outstanding, the service top-notch, and your vendor should be as passionate about your day as you are.
