The communication, professionalism, presentation, and of course the food were all top tier. From the very first conversation, the team made everything feel organized and stress-free. They truly understand weddings and events, and you can tell they care about making your day special. The setup was beautiful, the service was smooth, and every guest kept coming up to us asking “Who is the caterer? This food is amazing!” And the food… WOW. Everything was flavorful, fresh, and perfectly prepared. You can tell this isn’t just catering, it’s passion and experience behind every dish. And we have to talk about the mac and cheese. It is absolutely top notch. We kept hearing people rave about it in reviews and now we understand why. It’s creamy, flavorful, and easily one of the best mac and cheeses we’ve ever had. We loved it so much that we actually ordered an extra pan to freeze so we could have it when we get back from our honeymoon.... it’s seriously that good. What stood out the most was how much pride they take in what they do. They don’t just show up and serve food, they create an experience that your guests will remember. “We had a fully vegan menu for our wedding and BarCart truly delivered! They had a variety of selections but were also willing to adjust things as desired if you already had some items in mind for your menu. We had some items from their Asian inspired menu, the winter stew, salad and mac and cheese bites and everything was delicious. We heard positive feedback from all of our guests about the food as well. The drinks were also incredible. The staff also were responsive to questions and attentive to the guests. The only issue we encountered was when a staff member was asked a question about an allergen concern the staff member stated " I don't know. I didn't make the food." While I understand that these individuals may not have made the food I think it is important for each staff member to be knowledgeable about the allergen information for the items on the menu. I also think that comment was rude and could have been handled differently. Aside from that we had a great experience and the food was amazing!”
