Day of, I chatted with the caterers off and on but they handled everything brilliantly and I could focus on the guests and having a great time. I got numerous compliments on how good the food was, my only regret was I didn’t start eating sooner before everyone else got to the food tables (weddings amiright?), but Erin still scrounged up extra spinach puffs just for me (respect).”
