We have never worked with video for another event before, so we weren’t sure quote what to look for, but came across Trey’s videos and could immediately tell they were something special. We’re both musicians and also appreciated how well the edits synced with the music as well. We were hoping that our wedding video would have a documentary feel — capturing the beautiful natural location in New York’s Catskill mountains and the feeling of our group of people coming together to celebrate us. It was a laid back wedding and a really amazing group of loved ones and we wanted to see and hear things that wouldn’t be captured in photos and we wouldn’t be able to take in at the time. Trey helped craft a specific package to meet our request and speaking to him it was clear he understood what we were hoping for and built on that vision with his perspective. Wow! Trey delivered!! He brought in a second shooter, Brent, who was so helpful in capturing the day. Not only were they truly amazing people to be around (all of our friends and family were so comfortable and at ease with them), they were exceptionally professional and skilled. They kept us calm and collected in the midst of details and a tight wedding day schedule. Watching the videos was an emotional experience because Trey managed to capture the feeling of the wedding celebration perfectly and get candid and intimate interviews with our friends and family that touched us (and were new to us) months after the wedding. It was clear just how carefully Trey had listened to us in our meetings leading up to the wedding — he heard us and did an amazing job bringing our dreams to life. I really wish I had videos like this capturing other important times in my life. If you are considering whether to get a videographer for your special event or wedding, you absolutely should. “I could not recommend Old North Film Co. more. They went so above and beyond. We were unsure if we were going to have a videographer. I went slightly over budget, because I really liked Old North’s work. It was worth every penny. The video is so beautiful and they captured so much incredible footage. I had them there from my first looks through the first hour on the dance floor. I honestly wish I would have had them there through the send off. The memories were amazing and I wish I had them captured. It would have been worth the extra money! Old North went above and beyond with delivering the video. They sent it earlier than expected. And they made any revisions we had quickly. Then, a few months after my wedding, they truly went above and beyond. My grandmother passed away. I knew they had captured some really incredible moments of her at my wedding just months before. And it was some of the last moments of her on camera. I asked Old North how much it would cost to edit it together. And they wrote back within 24 hours with a kind note, but also creating an edit with just my grandmother at no extra charge. The gesture meant so much to me. Like I said, it was worth every penny. And the Grandma Video was so beautiful. It made me cry, as well as my mom, aunt, and brother. I can’t believe how above and beyond Old North went. I would 10/10 recommend.”

We had an American-Chinese style backyard wedding with a traditional tea ceremony portion. “Bailey is a true artist! Our wedding video is something we were very nervous about. We even considered not hiring a videographer because we were so worried about feeling uncomfortable on camera! Bailey moved about our wedding day capturing every important moment completely undetected, and I mean that in the best way possible! We didn't even realize in the moment that we were being filmed. She captured the most meaningful, genuine moments of our day and after seeing the final product, we can't even imagine not having this video to cherish for the rest of our lives. At our reception we had an audio guest book that provided us with a bunch of audio from our loved ones. We gave Bailey the huge task of adding some of that audio to our final video. We were completely blown away by how she mixed the audio from our friends and family with the other audio and video from the day! We now have a beautiful highlight reel that we can show to friends and family, we have an edited video of our vows with multiple angles, we have all of the toasts in an edited video, and, one of our favorite things about what Bailey offers with her videography packages, we have all of the raw, unedited footage so we don't forget a single moment of the day. Bailey is caring, flexible, professional, and has an unmatched talent for the art of videography!”
