The most amazing place ever! From our tour to our send off, Ronell and Austin have the most incredible venue. The rescources for booked couples that Ronell has put together are so very helpful. The Share Shed saved us so much money on decor and extras. There were absolutely no hitches in our whole day, and we had the perfect day we were hoping for and more. And the tiny fuzzy cows?! Ahh, we cannot recommend this venue enough :)

we had our wedding here on the 22nd of October and I honestly can't say enough how great it was. the venue was absolutely gorgeous . The food was the best wedding food I have ever had at a wedding and the staff are the most amazing human beings ever! and on top of all that the prices are very reasonable! I definitely recommend checking it out!

This was the most impressive venue for the money. Looking back at all that was included you would’ve thought our budget was triple what we spent. I loved how customizable the day was, we were able to omit things that weren’t important and add more of what we loved and wanted to highlight (like drinks). I truly felt this was a “boujee” wedding and very High class which I didn’t even think was possible with our budget. We had so many compliments on how elegant but also rustic our venue style was. Being able to utilize the space the night before for the grooms dinner was also a huge plus! We loved everything about tattersall and I would recommend this to anyone!

The venue itself has a speakeasy vibe we loved. It was affordable and included all of the things we were looking for. We loved all of the photo opportunities (the building has beautiful exposed brick, and Mears park is right around the corner). We especially loved the rooftop and skyline photos. Victoria, the venue manager, was so accommodating and helpful. She helped us organize a micro ceremony in the reception space, helped set up, and even captured and shared pictures and videos of our day with us. She went above and beyond to help make our day special and individualized to us.

The North Garden Theater was such a great place to host our wedding reception and we were so happy to work with Ryan and Tina. During the planning process, all the information we needed was easy to find on the North Garden Theater website or Ryan was able to answer our questions. Leading up to our event Ryan and Tina were there to help in any way and were attentive to our needs. We felt like we were able to make the day our own without paying an arm and a leg. The day of our reception Ryan and Tina made the night smooth so easy. They were attentive to our needs and worked with us and our guests. All of our guests were so impressed by the space and by the North Garden Theater staff. NGT is the perfect space to use if you want to make the day your own and work with a great team. If there’s one thing you should know about South Asian weddings, it’s that they’re not small. We estimated a guest list of about 300-400 people, and with us being Muslim, an additional factor that really came into play was ensuring that our catering was able to be made Halal, which you can think of as meal preparation similar in rigidity to Kosher preparation, but according to Islamic guidelines. I made a call to Brackett’s Crossing, and was greeted by Elizabeth (Liz) Revak and Kendra Simonis. They had informed me that Brackett’s can accommodate 300-400 guests for an event and that they accommodate a Halal menu, provided that it is still through Brackett’s Menu and their kitchen. Historically places that I’ve toured that did that, and weddings I attended where South Asian food is not on the normal menu usually does not hit expectations. Kendra and Liz had told me that if I was available, that they had an open house in the winter and that their full menu would be on display, alongside some of their preferred vendors- and that attending would give us a fuller picture of what the food would look and taste like. My family and I went, and were WOW’ed by their presentation, hospitality, organization, and of course, how delicious their food was! Speaking to Liz and Kendra and having tried the menu and knowing that it could be made Halal, we were super intrigued but not yet settled on having them do our event. What followed was me barraging the two of them with phone calls and emails, and them meeting every one of my questions with thoughtful, kind, respectful answers that showed a serious dedication to their craft, and conveyed the passion with which they do their jobs- and frankly, go above and beyond. They started by giving me several pamphlets worth of information on anything I’d ever want to know about hosting an event there, and when I started asking about requests like modifying the space/event to accommodate our cultural and religious values they were so beyond helpful, insofar as knowing the direction of Islamic prayer relative to their venue, knowing key customs in Muslim and South Asian tradition, being able to turn over spaces in the building for prayer time, accommodating our diets, and even being able to accommodate in case we needed a horse! The space itself is lovely, the ballroom is incredibly grand and very well lit from their wall to wall windows, and the outdoor gardens and photo areas are phenomenal. As a bonus, the patio space outside was perfect for cocktail hour and for guests to hang out at night. The organization of the event went really smooth, as they work very closely with all of your vendors and have spreadsheets/meetings to help you (should you choose to utilize them) and will make sure to provide you the exact appropriate amount of organization you want so as to not over or underwhelm you. When it came time for the day of, Kendra and Liz went above and beyond, and were personally on site to oversee the success of the event. The staff, both in the kitchen and the servers tending to the guests were all pros, and kept the event running efficiently- turning over the photobooth, dessert tables and dinner and making sure that my wife and I were not bothered at the sweetheart table (and had a plate of food!) GO WITH BRACKETT'S. You won't regret it.

After touring over 10 venues in Rochester, Stillwater and the Twin Cities, we discovered that many of the representatives seemed disconnected to the venue and we were often meeting with people that were not the events coordinator. In general there was a lack of enthusiasm for the business we were prepared to give them with hosting 200 plus guests, providing a seated dinner, full bar and hiring live music. Then, we met with Amanda and Souliman to tour the Kahler Grand Hotel. From the first communication we could sense something was different and were looking forward to our meeting. From the first handshake there was a positive energy and they helped us to feel as if we were their only customer. They both gave us a tour of the various rooms available to have a ceremony and reception. They were thorough in providing details and we were not left guessing about costs. They were able to answer all of our questions without deferring to other entities. Amanda and Souliman had knowledge, autonomy and authority to make decisions without needing to cut through several levels of bureaucracy. Their policies were designed to benefit the customer and we did not feel anything was being hidden from us at any point during the planning process. We feel they put our needs first and were some of the most professional individuals we encountered throughout the venue search. We were planning a wedding with a separate ceremony and reception space, but did not want our guests to have to drive to and from several locations. With the variety of different event spaces, the Kahler Grand Hotel met those requirements as well as being connected to the hotel rooms. In addition, they are connected to the Marriot. The hotel room tour showed that their renovations are almost complete and would have been by the time of our wedding. The rooms are modern, well-appointed and we felt the accommodations would be impressive and comfortable for guests. Our food tasting exceeded our expectations as there were many food choices and quality taste. They were able to accommodate a time when our parents would be visiting form out of state. Their bar policies were fair, reasonable and they happily entertained our unusual request to procure a barrel of local whiskey. All of these things were top notch, what we were looking for and surprisingly under our budget. However, we cannot emphasize enough how Amanda and Soulaiman were the reason we chose to book our wedding at the Kahler Grand Hotel. Unfortunately, we had to cancel our wedding due to COVID-19 and it was hard to make this decision because of having such a positive experience. Looking for your wedding venue? Look no further! The Graduate was the most exceptional venue for our big day! Planning: Michael was phenomenal from day one. We live out of state and did much of our planning via emails/calls. We were able to see the venue when it worked with our schedule and Michael was quick to respond when we had questions. Michael is great at setting timelines and gives a really easy excel to assist with the food planning. Location: Parking ramp with a skywalk attached and many amenities in walking distance! Our guests had so many compliments about the ease of our location as well as HOW COOL the hotel is. It is so unique and offers something for everyone. We booked the get ready room and that was nice to have the night before and day off for people to meet up in. We also did the Top Golf Suite the morning of and the groomsmen had a blast. Food: The catering package was amazing. Our guests continue to rave about the food. The cocktail hour had amazing snacks! The team even made sure my husband and I got our own plate to enjoy. Dinner was seamless and the portions were huge. No one was left hungry. Our late night pizza was also a hit! Staff: The staff from the front desk, to the bartenders, to the catering team, EVERYONE WAS AMAZING. So kind, always had a smile and there were no hiccups. If we had any questions they were eager to help and kept everything on track. Price: You get a lot for what you pay for. The package included perks as well! Overall: I would get married here again in a heartbeat. My husband and I had so much fun and the entire Graduate team was amazing. Do not overlook this amazing venue!

We were so pleased that we selected Campus Club for our October 2019 wedding. From the first email inquiry we sent to the Campus Club, we were impressed with the diligence, competence, and experience of the staff. The space worked well for us and our guests. There is plenty of space for everyone to spread out - the terrace, the dining room, the lounge area, and the bar. We had a variety to guests from kids to my 90 year old grandparents and everyone was comfortable. The views are stunning from every single one of the spaces! We had hoped that our ceremony would be on the terrace but it was unseasonably cold (and snowing) on our wedding day so we ended up having it indoors. We were initially disappointed but it worked out great to have guests sit at the dining tables and was really pretty. The space is nicely finished and requires very little decor to look pretty for a wedding - we only did centerpieces and cafe lighting and it looked great! This saved us a bunch of money too. The food was excellent and all of our guests’ dietary limitations were accommodated. Leading up to our wedding, we worked mostly with Jenn who is very organized and responsive and takes care of all the details we hadn’t thought of. She responded to every one of our (million) questions right away. On the day of our wedding, the managers and staff made everything run absolutely perfectly. These people really know what they’re doing. We couldn’t be happier about our wedding day. Thanks Campus Club! Even 5 years later, I'd choose Campus Club again and again. 5/5!

We had an Amazing Wedding 10/15/2022 at Windows on Minnesota! Started the day with a get ready room prepared by the hotel and added on breakfast for the wedding party on the 3rd floor which was so spacious and made PERFECT get ready photos! Groomsmen used a suite to get ready in and we loved having our own spaces to keep the morning calm and special for all of us. Our ceremony was off site, but used Stars for a cocktail space for our 206 guests which had perfect views and LOVE the passed mushroom arancini appetizer!! My only recommendation is adding an extra bar (3rd bar for us) so the lines are not long for your guests. Our reception was in Galaxy and the plated dinner options were truly amazing, we chose Beef short ribs, asiago chicken, pesto salmon (thank you Chef Evan and Chef Mike for customizing) and the mushroom risotto! I continue to hear from our guests that each dinner option and pear salad was so good! Special shout our to Angel in Engineering for helping us with a special request! The banquet staff Michael, Diane, Melissa, Grace, Ricarda, Randy, Mohamud and Milton were so kind and accommodating to our guests. We brought in Sammy's Sweet Cupcakes which avoided the 5 per person cake cutting fee and loved each flavor. Sydney, Sarah and Scott were awesome with all our details and set ups along with communicating and updates that occurred. My husband and I were very chill and very organized during the planning process as I know the Sales team juggle so many events at Windows. We enjoyed an amazing wedding experience using the dazzling Olympic Hills golf club venue for our 120 guest wedding in July. The venue itself is exceptionally well-maintained and provided a beautiful backdrop to our happy guests. We enjoyed our wedding service on their outside private deck with customized lighting and organized, comfortable seating. We enjoyed a sumptuous and flavorful Italian buffet, and the Olympic Hills team, including event planner Emily, gave us and our guests superior service. Emily is particularly thorough, extremely well organized, communicative and proactive. Their staff were able to handle specific dietary restrictions and allowed us to bring in commercially licensed appetizers and desserts, and wine of our choice (with acork fee), all providing money saving opportunities on our very small and stringent budget. Despite the fact that we had a very tight budget which they helped us accommodate, I cannot express how thankful I am for Emily, especially being able to coordinate with our vendors to ensure we had a memorable and fabulous celebration. To have access to this kind of glamorous venue without being a club member was invaluable, and we were treated with kindness and respect. I highly recommend for any event and especially a wedding, your guest will feel privileged and happy and as a bride or groom, you will be so relieved at the ease and beauty.
