I started making popcorn for fun in 2016. Then, I realized my grandmother used to eat it all the time before she passed away in 2014. After that memory, I really got interested in developing different flavors. I think subconsciously, she was passing the idea down to me. Also, in 2016 and 2018, I was blessed with my two amazing grandchildren, Kennedy and Kumir. Their presence made me want to leave something behind for them like my grandmother left for her family. I started developing more flavors. Then, I decided to expand on my popcorn hobby and possibly turn it into a business named Granmere's Gourmet Popcorn.
