Nazareth Hall is known throughout the region as a banquet and wedding facility, but it’s the rich history and lush setting that draws people here. Built in 1927 as an all-boy Catholic boarding school. It eventually evolved into a renowned military school for boys. Throughout its history the school stayed true to its Catholic roots and the nuns who served and taught here. Operating until 1982 the stories written within its walls are still told today. Re-emerging with a new mission and purpose in April of 1991, Nazareth Hall was reborn. It is in this picturesque place, reminiscent of castles of old, that brides come to be married and celebrate with family and friends in grand ballrooms. The classrooms and meeting spaces offer the perfect vintage background for business training sessions, and the manicured lawns have been host to numerous parties and festivities.

Gideon Owen Wine Company is a historic winery, restaurant and event venue. The original stone structure was built by the Catwaba Island Wine Company in 1872, as a wine cooperative for local vineyard owners. The property was later sold and was known for producing American-made champagne. The historic European-inspired cellar vaults offer a unique experience for guests. Bloom & Bower is located on a private 6 acre country estate in Risingsun, Ohio, conveniently located near Toledo, Bowling Green, and Findlay, Ohio. We offer outdoor ceremonies on our Ceremony Lawn/ Gazebo area, or in our Secret Garden. Guests will enjoy exploring the grounds, sipping a drink by the pond, or playing yard games! Couples spend their wedding night in our onsite Barn B&B, and will enjoy an stress-free wedding day! We offer staffing to handle set-up, tear-down, day-of coordination services, and access to our ample decor supply. Our Reception Barn and covered awning space can accommodate up to 200 guests. The Barn provides round tables, chiavari chairs, black or white tablecloths, a bar area, a prep kitchen, and a bridal suite for the bride and bridesmaids to get ready the day of the event. You choose the vendors you want to use. We set up the tables and chairs for you and put the tablecloths on. We also have Edison bulb lights strung between the 3 beams. We can accommodate 250 at The Barn.

The business actually began back in 1981 with roasting a pig over an open fire in the back yard for a class reunion. Word of mouth spread of how delicious the meat was and it was quite a conversation piece.
