The Big Tree Inn absolutely exceeded my expectations for our wedding. From the start when I was just asking about options April and her team were on top of everything, very quick to respond to emails and calling back. They are so flexible, there wasn’t anything we couldn’t throw at them that they didn’t take on and absolutely dominate. The cost was such a big factor in our wedding at the Big Tree, they are so affordable and you get every cent you pay for! We originally wanted to do just our reception at the Big Tree but in the end we ended up doing the entire wedding there. April was so flexible with every little change. Words cannot express how beautiful and truly amazing our wedding was, it was everything we pictured and so much more. Big Tree Inn is the perfect place to get married and if I had to do it all over again I wouldn’t hesitate to work with the Big Tree Inn.

The team worked closely with us to develop the perfect layout, ensuring the flow of the event went smoothly. On the day, the staff assisted with vendor entry and attended to countless details to keep everything running seamlessly. We were especially impressed by the stunning vines along the side of the building, which had turned a vibrant red color for the fall, adding to the already gorgeous ambiance. Overall, The Cracker Factory was the perfect choice for our wedding, and we highly recommend them to any couple looking for a unique and well-executed event space.

I loved working at this wedding venue to film and photograph a wedding this past August 2025! The communication from the wedding day coordinator from Once was friendly, and she had great communication which made the entire event easy to shoot. The facility itself is a hidden gem, offering a beautiful setting with stunning views of Seneca Lake and the Finger Lakes region. Everything was conveniently located in one place, from the ceremony to cocktail hour and reception, making the flow of the day seamless for me as a vendor. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend Once Finger Lakes to any couple looking for a unique and memorable wedding venue. As a videographer and photographer, the lighting and having the whole event in one place were highlights making this a venue I would love to work with again. I also loved seeing guests natural smiles and reactions to seeing the cool "wine vending machines" they could use on site, and the customized drinks were also a nice addition. I could tell guests and the couple were all really enjoying the experience from the content I captured.
