I'm a former costume designer and fashion historian with a PhD in English literature, now using my love of art, craft, and design to create one-of-a-kind custom wedding cakes! I make delicious, colorful cakes in traditional and modern flavor combinations, topped with handcrafted sugar flowers. I use only the highest-quality ingredients and always emphasize both design and taste. I would love to work with you to make your cake one of the most memorable and beautiful parts of your wedding!

I have been baking for 10+ years, and been in business for 5 years. What started off as a hobby turned into my greatest passion. I love bringing others vision to life through cake, I love the looks on my customer faces when thier dream cake comes into the room, this is my passion and I live what I do. Our highest priority is that your desserts taste just as wonderful as they look, using the highest quality ingredients. I decided to take my passion for baking to the next level by creating my own baking business. Turning my passion into a full time business has been such a blessing for me and I am loving every part of it. Hi my name is Brandyn, I am the owner and founder of Dolce Bella Luxury Italian Ices! We are a dairy-free, gluten-free, and vegan company with limited sugar-free and kosher options as well! We are a luxury Italian ice cart that proudly caters to the five bouroughs including the Hamptons and Montauk. Dolce Bella Luxury Italian ices does it all from birthdays to bridal and baby showers to weddings and backyard events, no event is too big nor too small!

Sugar Monster is an award winning, concierge cake studio owned by Pastry Chef Ashley Holt. Ashley has won prestigious honors in her field and is currently working as the Senior Food Stylist at the TODAY Show. She has been in the cake industry for 10 years and puts incredible attention to detail in each of her designs. Her availability is limited and she is very selective with the orders she currently takes. We at JLB believe that the best desserts enjoyed are made from scratch. That is why we only use the best, local ingredients to make the classic desserts we all love. Our recipes are family passed down, us being the 3rd generation to share them publicly for any and all celebrations, and use spices directly from the Caribbean.
