Brie Silly Charcuterie was founded by Courtney White of Hattiesburg, MS, a proud graduate of Jones College’s Culinary Arts program. During her studies, Courtney mastered the art of presentation, knife skills, French cuisine, and fruit carving. Since then, she has elevated those skills by creating stunning fruit displays and carvings for events both big and small. When charcuterie began rising in popularity in 2020, Courtney combined her culinary creativity with her eye for design, experimenting with charcuterie boards and grazing tables. What started as a passion quickly grew into Brie Silly Charcuterie.

I love to make every occasion a special day by creating an experience tailored to each client. With over 14 years of culinary experience across the globe, I have the skills and passion to make sure your event is executed at the highest level, and I pride myself on being flexible and easy to work with. I make everything in house, creating beautifully rustic dishes across all cuisines, and I can accomodate any dietary restrictions necessary while maintaining the quality you deserve and expect!
