He promptly returned calls and emails, graciously answered all questions, and always followed through with tasks on his end. Most importantly, he went out of his way to meet special dietary requests, even finding a bakery that could supply a nondairy dinner roll. Our guests loved the dinner (brisket, turkey, beans, slaw). Several even said it was the best reception food they had ever had!”
