From the staff down to their preferred vendors, everything was perfect. If I had to plan my wedding again, they would still be my first choice. My husband and I had our Asian-Indian fusion wedding at the Le Meridien/Sheraton Charlotte Hotel and I couldn't have chosen a better spot to host my 500 guests. It was a 2 day event starting off with our Sangeet in the Carolina Ballroom for 250 guests and moved into 2 ceremonies in the same ballroom the following day and then cocktail hour and reception in the Symphony Foyer and Ballroom for 500 guests. From the very beginning the planning was smooth and everything was communicated freely with Alison, the Director of Catering. On the weekend of, the banquet staff was impeccable and were fully focused on making our event go on without a hitch. I would 10/10 recommend having your wedding there because of the size the hotel can accommodate and the service that is provided.

He can help you arrange everything you need, from catering to décor, so you’re never left feeling overwhelmed. The in-house catering is a game-changer – no stress about finding a caterer, and the food is fantastic. This venue is a nonprofit, so you can feel good knowing your money is making a difference. For every meal purchased, they donate free meals to the community lunch program the following week. They’ve thought of everything: chinaware, servers, bartenders, and even the option to bring your liquor – saving you a ton of money. And if you need décor or a planner, John has incredible recommendations to make your vision come to life. The space is huge, with plenty of room for your event and a beautiful lobby for a cocktail hour. Multiple ceremony options are available to suit your style. I honestly can’t recommend 658 Events enough. It’s the venue that takes the stress out of planning and lets you focus on enjoying your event.
