Day of coordination was perfect for us since we already had a pretty clear vision for what we wanted the decor to be and look like, we just needed someone to implement it day of and Alexis and her team did just that! They do not offer previews for the flowers if you’re doing floral but trust that they are experienced, my flowers and bouquet were absolutely beautiful and just in line with my colors! Alexis and I weren’t communicating on a weekly basis which makes sense since I hired her for just day of, but we did chat just enough to get a good grasp of what needed to be done. She met with me for the first time three months out and then a second time like 2 weeks before the day. Alexis was very patient and kind throughout the day especially when we had to make last minute changes but everything still worked out great and our wedding day was perfect. “When I heard about the Colonial at Sunset and its location, I assumed it was going to be another barn venue. Nothing wrong with barn venues, it just wasn’t our vision for our day. The entire property was our backyard wedding dream and the owners made our experience better than we could have imagined. Britt and her husband went above and beyond for us. Before we even arrived to start getting ready for the day, her husband was out front pressure washing the outdoor area where we chose to have our ceremony. I am so grateful for their hearts and the details they payed attention to so we didn’t have to worry about it or even think about it. We opted for the all inclusive package which made our experience with planning that much easier. I recall one meeting asking if I was missing anything or if there was anything more I needed to do because it all felt too easy and she assured me that with her help, that’s how it was supposed to feel. Leading up to the day of the wedding we knew we wanted our focus to be on each other and God and walking into the day we knew we could confidently do that because of Britt and the way she serves others on their special day with excellence. “Maddy was absolutely INCREDIBLE. From the moment we connected with her, we knew she was it. I had searched high and low for months, after seeing so many washed out, boring photos - Maddy's photography was an absolute breath of fresh air. Her work was full of life, love, energy, emotion and beautiful colors; which I knew was exactly what I wanted! Once Maddy spoke with us on the phone, she felt familiar and comfortable, like an old friend, to which she TRULY did become someone we can consider a friend. Maddy was there for us with whatever we needed through the entire planning process... She is impeccable with her communication, and whether it was questions, moral support, or just a lighthearted pick me up - she ALWAYS was there for us. Her process was also very easy, straightforward, and her questionnaires and blog posts cover everything your and your spouse might need to know! Through the ceremony and reception Maddy and her assistant were GREAT! We got SO many compliments about both of them from our guests - noting that they were SUPER stealth when they needed a shot! Maddy also has an incredible eye, and her vision for photos is next level... She was able to direct us through everything and if you need yourself a hype girl - OH SHE IS IT!!! She’s also an absolute BOSS and will take control of a situation *if need be,* which was also important to us.. She made group/family/bridal party photos quick and painless which was SO needed, and also got a TON of fun shots through the night! Seeing our shots come to life was spectacular, and when she sent us the sneak peaks we were absolutely FLOORED.... And then seeing our full gallery!? Stunning. Just truly extraordinary. We cannot stop staring at our wedding photos. We share them any chance we get, and so many of our friends and family have asked us how they could use Maddy for their photography needs. Hi! A little bit about my business is I started Nanii Negron films back in 2020 with an "experiment". Which was, "What is it that I can do with my drone and camera". At the time I just decided to buy a Canon M50 and a Phantom Pro Drone, why you ask? I don't know either! Haha. All I know is God knew what he was doing. With a mentor & no experience, I can proudly say I own a profitable videography company going on 2 years strong!
