Welcome to The Mitten Building! Originally constructed in 1890 as the Haigh Citrus Packing House, the building later operated as the Mitten Letter Factory from 1940 to 1980. Today, thanks to the current owners’ dedication to preserving its historical charm, the space boasts original brick walls, exposed rafters, and rich wood details. Since 2000, our family has proudly hosted a wide range of events in its versatile spaces, including the multi-level Main Room, the cozy basement Speakeasy Bar, and the Summerbell Room with its enchanting Garden Patio. The WWOO Venue caters to small to medium size weddings with capacity for up to 175 guests. The 4000 square-foot space is available for all aspects of wedding celebrations, from the rehearsal dinner to the wedding reception and day-after brunch. This delightful venue is easily accessible from the 405 and 105 Freeways, has excellent disabled access, and there is free WiFi throughout.

South Bay Customs is located in the heart of El Segundo, 10 minutes from LAX. Our eclectic, cozy, industrial space provides all you could want for a memorable wedding. We have hundreds of antique and one of a kind art pieces, a full turn-key stage, and the best lights in the area. We also have a wonderful outdoor area with comfortable furniture for your guests.
