We are currently under construction and are scheduled to finish in the winter of 2023! We are booking for the 2024 wedding season. Augusta Creek is located in a secluded area, sitting on 104 acres of land. Wildlife and nature completely surrounds the entire property, giving the whole venue a private event experience. Wedding ceremonies can be held inside the main hall or outside all year around. The property also has a one of a kind bridal suite for the party to get ready and hang out on the morning of the big day. It's fully stocked with plenty of entertainment on the men's side, including a golf simulator. As well as a large area on the women's side to have outside services come in and help out on the big day! For the first year of 2024 weddings we are offering a 20% off on all wedding bookings!

The Olde Farmhouse Barn is a quaint and rustic wedding venue in Marshall, Michigan. This beautiful property is surrounded by lush corn, wheat and soybean fields, and gently shaded by towering mature trees that exhibit spectacular colors in the fall. For couples looking for an elegant country venue, this charming setting provides the idyllic location for both indoor and outdoor wedding ceremonies and receptions.

Congratulations on your engagement! We offer 3 different packages. Elopements, Thursday package, Full weekend Rental. Our Full weekend rental is our most popular and is a rental from Friday at noon until Sunday at noon. Yes, we only host one wedding a weekend-it take the stress away! This time can be used however you desire. We are not vendor picky, you pick all of your own vendors. We do require a licensed bartender to serve all alcohol and we also require a one day special event insurance. We have 2 barns, one for the ceremony and the other for receptions. On site bathrooms, dressing rooms, firepit area as well as an outside bar. All tables and chairs are provided as well as wood high back chairs for head table. We also offer many rental items for decoration, centerpieces etc. 120 person capacity. We do require a deposit of $800 to book your date the remainder is structured on a payment plan. Our intimate 1837 Village Chapel, charming outdoor Village Green with picturesque Gazebo, or newly-restored 1837 Niles-Barnard House await your special day. Most wedding packages include time for a rehearsal prior to your wedding and access to all of the historic buildings on the day of your event. Rental packages include time to decorate, assemble guests, take photographs, and remove decorations. If needed, additional time may be purchased.

Elegant barn and farm house located in a quiet country setting. Complete with indoor restrooms, bride and groom dressing rooms, multiple bars, and covered pavilions. Tables and chairs are included, as well as a barn of decorations. Indoor and outdoor ceremony and reception options. Rent the barn for one day, or the typical Thursday through Sunday. The house is available for a “Wedding Week”, checking in on Thursday and checking out on Sunday . This allows time for decorating, organizing, and rehearsal dinner. Enjoy the process without feeling rushed. Relax and enjoy, rather than having your wedding over in the blink of an eye. No travel required. The fully furnished house sleeps 17, with 3 bathrooms, wrap around porch, & hot tub. Additional accommodations include 2 motel style rooms, a suite that sleeps 4, & a small campground.
