Sugar cookies are a dessert enjoyed by many. At Royal Icing of Maine we offer several flavors; vanilla, lemon, almond, chocolate & gingerbread (seasonal). All the royal icing is vanilla in flavor. Hi! I'm Molly, owner of At Least, There Will Be Cake. With a background in pastry and a love of cake from my grandmother I opened my in-home bakery in 2017. My passion is to create delicious cakes with unique designs to enhance your special day of celebration.

A recent transplant from NYC. Michelle has always been an avid baker and cook, Michelle enrolled in The Institute of Culinary Education’s School of Pastry and Baking Arts and graduated in September of 2013 with Highest Honors. Following her externship, Michelle launched her own business, Eat Great Cake where she creates custom cakes and pastries. Michelle attended the University of California San Diego and has completed numerous certificate programs in the culinary arts.

We began as a concession company providing cotton candy at sporting events. In the fall of 2021, we extended our brand by starting our own manufacturing plant. Sweet Buckets was born as an option for customers and businesses to purchase Cotton Candy and Gourmet popcorns direct from our company.

Petrova Chocolates was established in 2020 and since then we have been focusing on creating eye-catching, artisanal chocolate bonbons, truffles, chocolate bars and caramels with unique flavor combinations. CHIC is a culmination of my retail, styling, and design background. Truthfully, the idea of this little biz was created while on lockdown during the pandemic, a little unorthodox I know, but I was determined. I identified this gap in the market the summer prior... after struggling to find a pretty dessert cart for an event at my client's new business launch. Viola! CHIC cotton candy was born, serving the cosmopolitan Boston market; giving a traditional childhood treat-- a chic upgrade. Wherever the party is, we want to be there for you! xo
