The venue and courtyard combined offer over 3000 square feet of versatile space. The Pruyn House is the Cultural and Historical Center for the Town of Colonie. We have a five and 1/2 acre property, including the House, the Buhrmaster Barn, the Verdoy Schoolhouse and several other buildings. We provide access to the Barn for the reception, the garden for the ceremony, the birch grove for the cocktail hour and dressing areas in the Pruyn House and the Verdoy Schoolhouse. Tables and chairs are included. All else must be provided through rental services and catering. We have one security person who will be on site throughout your event. All else provided by caterer or rental service.
