My name is Glory. I am happily married going on 25 years to my amazing Husband Ned and together we have 3 children. I've worked in the wedding industry for over 20 years baking, creating & delivering works of art with a passion for perfection. I have recently relocated to beautiful Florida looking to continue my culinary journey here in sunny Vero Beach! In 2022 I traveled to Europe where I found new methods and fresh ingredients to bring my creations to life. I look forward to meeting new clients!

Three generations ago, my wife's great-grandmother owned a bakery in New Jersey. Now, 100 years later, we created our cake shop. We honor our family by offering some signature cakes, such as Teapot's Tea Party, an Earl "Gray" tea cake with lemon filling and lavender frosting. Our passion is to create realistic floral cakes which are not only gorgeous but taste incredible. Each color palette is custom mixed to each client's exact needs. Our cakes feature two frostings to add texture and flavor variation. Our cakes have various flavor undertones to create depth.

Elevenses Co is a project as imagined by barista and baker Jade Yelvington. While she's always enjoyed and greatly appreciated sweets, her love of baking took a little longer to manifest, but once it did there was no turning back. Jade's baking style is deeply influenced by her upbringing and rooted in a commitment to quality and scratch made desserts and cakes. If there's a true happy medium between nostalgic homemade desserts you might find in your grandma's kitchen, and odd flavor combinations that you don't see everywhere- that's where we'd like to be.
