Rolling Ridge was everything we wanted in a venue! When we first saw the venue we knew it was perfect for our day because there are many wonderful options to have your ceremony, dinner and dance. We knew no matter what that if Option A (having ceremony/dance outside) didn't work out due to weather, then we were perfectly fine with Option B which would be moving everything in doors because everywhere has great ambiance which put us at ease during the planning months. From day one they were so accommodating and truly let your visions come to life. They also were so organized and provided the best planning tools so you felt like you were always on track and they helped you think of all the little details it takes to hosting a wedding. I never felt stressed or overwhelmed when working with Rolling Ridge. All of our guests were blown away by the beauty of this venue and we can't recommend them enough to any future couples.

We were blessed with perfect weather for our outdoor ceremony, which was set against a gorgeous backdrop that made for unforgettable photos. The location is breathtaking, and it truly felt like a dream come true on our big day. We enjoyed the fun and informative group tasting event. It gave us a chance to experience the venue fully set up for a larger event, and it was so helpful to visualize everything in action. Plus, the food was great! We also did a walking taco late for our night food and it was a big hit with our guests! The staff at Nicollet Island Pavilion were also amazing. The servers and bartenders were professional, kind, and went out of their way to make sure everyone had a great time. 1924 tutor style granite and slate roof house next to the Mississippi River. Its hosts a tiny home free of charge with an event booking for use of the bride and groom to stay at after the ceremony. It hosts up to 75 guests. Parking is next door at St. Cloud State. The porch can be used in bad weather. This is considered a micro wedding. 2-3 hours max. In and out. No reception. Just the ceremony. If the groom bride want to book the 4 rooms over night they need to book it through Airbnb or pay out of pocket. Again, this is not a wedding reception, only a wedding ceremony and accommodations for up to 10 can stay. Room D holds 2 guests. Room C is the family suite 4 guests. Room B holds 2 and the cabin holds 2.
