Conley Creek is a newer venue opened in 2020 by Chad & Laura Winkler. We have a rustic yet modern feel with a large event barn to accommodate up to 150 guests seated and also a small white adorable chapel that seats around 50 inside. Both of these also provide outdoor options of seating of 150 guests! We do the setup for you and also provide two cabins, one for the bride and her guests and one for the groom and his guests. They can also be rented overnight if you want a fun last night of the single life!

Swan Lake Overlook is a luxurious wedding and event venue. Our venue sits on 225 acres of land that has been in our family for over 100 years. Our scenic views overlook the North Georgia Mountains and come with all of the well loved mountain elements. Our guests can enjoy several ceremony spots around our property and a large indoor venue space with seating for up to 300 guests. You might not know this about us, but we are actually an exotic deer farm. There are over 80 Sika and Fallow Deer that roam freely on our property. Our farm is also home to alpacas, donkeys, emus, horses, and a few swans. The animals on our farm are like family to us. They sometimes even join our guests for a photo or two! My youngest daughter, was diagnosed with an Auto-Immune Disease, called Eosinophilic Esophagitis (EoE) just after her 1st Birthday. Prior to the diagnosis she suffered from constant vomiting. Through endoscopies and food elimination we determined that she could not eat anything that contained Gluten, Dairy, Eggs and a few Fruits and Vegetables. Since her diagnosis, I began to develop recipes that would not only taste good but, look good too. Most Allergen Free recipes that I found contained other ingredients that she could not eat and if she could, she didn’t like the consistency. So once it came to her 2nd Birthday I was going to be ready!
