I cannot say enough wonderful things about The Brownwood Hotel and Spa as a wedding venue! After our original venue canceled our wedding plans just two months before our big day, we were in a bit of a panic. But from the moment we connected with Katie Hendricks and the team at The Brownwood, all of our stress melted away. Katie was an absolute dream to work with — she was professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about making our day perfect. The entire staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, and it truly felt like they were invested in our happiness. The venue itself is stunning. The blend of elegance and warmth made it the perfect setting for our winter wedding in December. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, and the atmosphere was absolutely magical. Now, let’s talk about the food — WOW. Chef Daphne is an incredible talent. Every dish was beyond delicious, and our guests haven't stopped talking about how amazing the food was! From the appetizers to the main course, everything was perfectly prepared and full of flavor. It’s clear that Chef Daphne pours her heart into every dish, and it made our reception unforgettable. As for the drinks and bar service, we were equally impressed. The bartenders were friendly, efficient, and made sure everyone had exactly what they wanted. The drinks flowed smoothly all night, and our guests loved the cocktail options. I would highly recommend The Brownwood Hotel and Spa to any couple looking for a beautiful, stress-free wedding experience. The staff, the food, the drinks, and the venue itself exceeded all of our expectations. Thank you to Katie and the entire team for making our special day absolutely perfect!

I loved working with their trusted vendors, who were able to work within our budget and helped make our day even more special. The food was delicious, the music was perfect, and the photos were absolutely stunning! Working with Carmen and Elizabeth was an absolute pleasure. I’ve never felt so well taken care of. They seemed to know what I wanted or needed even before I did. Carmen answered every call, responded to every question, and made the whole planning process feel effortless. Our reception space was decorated beautifully. The venue itself is breathtaking, but when it was transformed with the decorations, it was truly overwhelming—seeing everything come to life brought tears to my eyes. Our loved ones couldn’t stop complimenting the venue, and everyone raved about how friendly and accommodating the staff was.
