Originally purposed as a breeding facility for Rocky Mountain Horses, BrighterDaze Farm has been the birthplace and home to dozens of horses. Now BrighterDaze Farm serves as a boarding stable to many horses and a beautiful setting for weddings, anniversaries and more.

Nestled less than one mile from Interstate 55 and historic Route 66 in Lexington, is Castle Gardens, a truly unique estate. Castle Gardens features the nationally recognized David Hyatt Van Dolah house, a MTC 36-passenger train, and a locally restored Allan Herschell 36-horse carousel.

The Old Rugged Barn property is extremely versatile and the perfect location for your rustic wedding and reception. On the property, there is a large main barn with a 2000 sq ft main floor and a large loft overlooking the aisle and dance floor. In addition to this main building, a large enclosed pavilion and grain bin gazebo also sit on the property, with multiple pastures surrounding it for either parking purposes or use for event activities. The Barn at Bull Run is a newly renovated wedding and event space. Originally built in 1933 as a dairy barn, The Barn at Bull Run was owned by Schwab Dairy until it was purchased by the Presbytery of Peoria as well as the surrounding land in the fall of 1967. The Morton Park District now owns the property and has completely restored and renovated the space into a beautiful wedding venue, complete with a ceremony space, reception space, bridal suite, and grooms suite. The venue can hold a max capacity of 250 people.
