Reflections By Rohne

I’m a born romantic… I love capturing people loving each other. I want to remind people what’s important in life. I love art, quality and fun; and put the three together to tell your story and create artistic images. As a people photographer, I specialize in family and weddings. I have a Bachelor in photography, am a member of Professional Photographers of America, and am published in Shutter Magazine, Knot Magazine, West Michigan Women’s Magazine, and other publications. Outside of photography, I love my husband and kids, animals, pizza and chocolate. I am passionate about my relationship with Jesus and it affects everything I do.

Once Like a Spark Wedding Co.

More than a decade ago, two sisters - knew there had to be a better way to allow talented photographers and videographers to focus on what they do best -- create gorgeous art -- while providing couples with better support in the planning process. Together, they created an all-inclusive, stress-free environment where couples can choose from talented local photographers and videographers and work with a small team of planning experts equipped and eager to make everything a success. With the pressure gone, you can truly enjoy your big day. Relax and rest assured that all the emotional and moments will be documented with unmatched quality.

“Our photographer really took the time to connect with us, and we found that we shared a lot of common interests! She made us feel very comfortable, and completely followed our desires for candid and more relaxed photos. She was amazing at posing and directing us, as well as going with the flow and capturing what was happening in the moment. We couldn’t be more happy! We love all of the photos taken outside- our couples, wedding party, and golden hour photos feel so genuine and organic and I think that’s what our photographer really excelled in. Our golden hour photos specifically are very romantic and magical- definitely our favorites! I cannot give enough praise to the level of communication given during the planning process. Wedding planning is hard and it gets tricky to keep track of everything. From Darcy at the start getting us booked to Hannah throughout the planning process, I was so grateful for the texts and emails keeping me updated and on track. I am very grateful to have found OLAS, and have already recommended them to my friends getting married next year.”

Something Borrowed Blooms

4.9

  • Florist
  • Starts at $250
  • Serves Comstock Park, MI

Thousands of brides across the United States and Canada have trusted Something Borrowed Blooms to provide the perfect flowers for their wedding day. We offer brides the expensive peonies, delicate ranunculus, out-of-season anemones, and the ever-impossible-to-find-magnolia — all at a fraction of the cost.

Awarded Best of Zola
The flowers from Something Borrowed Blooms were, above all, gorgeous. They also cost a fraction of getting real flowers from a florist. (As in, several thousands of dollars less for something equally beautiful.) The flowers got many compliments and everyone was shocked they weren't real! The centerpiece and bouquets in the attached photos are from the Wren collection. The customer service at Something Borrowed Blooms is also highly responsive and helpful. Getting your wedding flowers from Something Borrowed Blooms is one of the best planning decisions you'll make: the blooms are high quality and easy to use, plus MUCH friendlier for your wallet and the environment.

Flower Moxie – Do-It-Yourself Wedding Flowers

4.9

  • Florist
  • Starts at $350
  • Serves Comstock Park, MI

In 2013, 8-year wedding veteran Amy McCord Jones realizes she wouldn't be able to afford to hire her own floral services if she was a bride. Then, Amy discovers that there is basically zero help available for DIY brides. No flower recipes. No instructions. No access to florist-grade blooms. Rude. So she launches Flower Moxie! Flower Moxie remains a humble, tucked-away small business out of Oklahoma City. We don’t zoom around on scooters in some fancy high-rise. We stock an average kitchen with canned wine and Aldi chips and listen to true crime podcasts while photographing curvy ranunculus. Join us. There’s cake, hugs, and acceptance here.

Awarded Best of Zola
Everything about my experience with Flower Moxie has been tops! Alexa was a tremendous help when part of my order didn't arrive with the rest of it. She quickly resolved the problem! Thank you Alexa!
