Brian Preceded to train under his brother Chef Joseph Lindner Jr,. a Johnson and Wales Culinary Arts School graduate, for fifteen years. When Brian moved to Mississippi he opened Brian Michaels Burger Co. which was a huge hit! After increasing demand, Brian decided to become a full service catering company.
