Its interior boasts a gorgeous bridal suite, several intimate entertaining spaces, and five luxurious bedrooms able to accommodate up to 14 overnight guests. Outside, a charming gazebo, a bamboo garden, and a pergola hidden among 100-year-old pecan trees are just a few of the picturesque ceremony sites where you can say “I do.” To celebrate this happy occasion, plan an unforgettable outdoor wedding reception on the estate’s expansive 4,000 sq ft deck or beneath a pristine white tent on its sprawling front lawn; both are exceptional places to wine, dine, and dance the night away with all your family and friends! Opening in October 2020 as Fall Line Station, the building's exposed brick, railroad trusses, wooden beams, and ironwork perfectly accentuate the beauty of our industrial-chic event space. Our total capacity is 400 guests, with separate ceremony and reception spaces to easily customize the venue for your special day.

The Carmichael House, a wedding venue situated in Jackson, Georgia, carries within its walls a rich and full history. This historic mansion dates back to the year 1898. Today, this venue, which is proudly listed on the National Register of Historic Places, has been renovated and restored to provide couples with a vintage and elegant site for their bridal shower, engagement party, rehearsal dinner, ceremony, and reception. On your wedding day, The Carmichael House provides you with both indoor and outdoor spaces for you to choose from. The interior, though it has been renovated, still reflects the original Queen Anne Victorian style. The main home is quite spacious and the perfect setting to get ready for your wedding day. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, this 1906 Greek Revival mansion was originally the Holberg Hotel. The 8,000 square foot Inn with nine guest bedrooms still has its original features: Georgia heart pine floors, ornate tin ceilings, elegant light fixtures and chandeliers, and eleven fireplaces. This magnificent Georgian-style home was built in 1914 for Cornelius Vanderbilt Truitt, a financier, and businessperson, by P. Thornton Marye, whose most famous project was the design of The Fabulous Fox Theatre in Atlanta. In 1937, the house was purchased by Nasour and Mary Mansour, the first generation of dry goods merchants known regionally for their Mansour’s Department Stores, first in LaGrange and then in other major cities in the region.
