With a bar clad in sheet metal and barn boards, incandescent style lighting, exposed structural beams, and original brick flooring, this space has endless character. Additionally there is wall of glass garage-style doors that lead to an outdoor stage and green space gathering area; The Warehouse is ideal no matter the weather. On The Hill Events is a newly built barn style venue, nestled into a beautiful string light lit, wooded, private location in Tioga County, Pa. This large venue can host up to 350 guests comfortably and can accommodate for all weather conditions. The 6,600 square ft main floor offers a well-lit, but dimmable space, heated concrete floors and a large ash wood dance floor. Above the dance floor is a loft for musicians or DJs. The beautiful live edge bar area includes everything you'll need except the booze and the bar tender. It has a two keg kegerator with built in wall mount taps and an icemaker. The spacious, full service kitchen has everything but the caterer and the lease includes all tables and chairs. Upstairs is a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom loft with central air. The bridal suite has 1 king size bed. There is 1 queen size room and a 2 double bed room with plenty of room for an air mattress or cots. The 24x60 pavilion has a kitchen, his and hers bathroom + shower. No closing hour!

In 2014 we approached the owner of a farm and asked if he would allow us to use his barn for the greatest day of our lives. Once he said we could, Nikki hit the ground running, and from that point on we worked tirelessly to make her vision a reality. In 2015 our hard work had paid off. Our day arrived, our vows were spoken, the bride got kissed, and our adventure began. Ever since we've wanted to help other couples have the same great experience we had and after six years of searching, we happened upon 115 acres of perfection, and once again Nikki's vision is becoming reality.

The Whispering Trees offers a secluded and private venue that will provide the ideal setting for an outdoor wedding. Our 40X60 open pavilion can accommodate a large reception and celebration with space for dancing. There are unlimited open spaces for guests to roam and socialize without feeling crowded. It sits on land surrounded by an old-growth hardwood forest with oak, cherry, sugar maple, hickory, and ash trees throughout the property. The property is home to deer, wild turkey, and many species of small animals and birds. We have a creek that winds thru the venue and an old covered bridge that serves as the centerpiece of the wedding ceremony area.

The North Farm is a large, recently renovated wedding event venue located in Geneva, New York.
