Historic. Affordable. Unique. Cotton Gin No. 116 is a historic event venue located in Brookshire, Texas, 15 minutes west of Katy, Tx. Originally established in 1936 as a working Cotton Gin, this venue has been recently renovated into unique event space.

We are a very warm and cozy venue located in the heart of Historic Downtown Montgomery! Indoors we can hold up to 80 people. For larger parties we set up a tent outside that holds 40 plus the 80 inside to accomodate up to 120 ppl.

We are a Cajun fusion restaurant and craft cocktail bar located in the historic LaSalle Hotel in Downtown Bryan. Our spacious courtyard is perfect for an indoor/outdoor wedding. We also have a hidden speakeasy, 5 Knocks, that is an ideal small wedding venue.
