“Everything about my experience was amazing, Chef Tessa was very quick to respond to me during the months leading up to my wedding. Was very helpful in the process of deciding what food I was choosing and how much as well! The food was phenomenal, we got the lasagna and roast beef and I highly recommend these, every single guest LOVED it and lots of people got seconds. We had a seated meal and the waiters were amazing as well, they all came to check on us several times, refilling drinks, bringing more food and were so friendly. Would totally recommend to book her and would book again for any other event!”

“I cannot say enough good things about Adam and his team. Not only was the food absolutely delicious (with multiple guests days later still saying how much they loved everything but especially the blue corn grits which are a must have in my opinion), but the team handled a little rain delay with no stress and it made the evening so much more relaxing and enjoyable. Adam was amazing about dietary restrictions, and provided delicious options for them as well that were not just an after thought. Any future NOLA events we will be running to this amazing team again! ”

I never thought I would turn out to be a great cook, but my friends always seems to enjoy it. I met my husband in college and he played football, his favorite thing in the world was food. We now have three children and my favorite pass time is creating a great cuisine full of flavor. Growing up in California by way of Louisiana, Mexican, Soul Food, and Southern Cuisine are my most valued dishes.
