The Paleontological Research Institution’s Museum of the Earth was established in 2003 to provide the general public with a unique opportunity to explore our world through a mix of natural history displays, interactive science features, and art exhibitions. The museum’s 8,000-square-foot permanent exhibition takes visitors on a journey through 4.5 billion years of history, from the Earth’s origin to the present day. Through hands-on, visual exhibitions and outreach, the Museum of the Earth encourages critical thinking about life on Earth in the past and today, and how our species is affecting the natural world.

The North Farm is a large, recently renovated wedding event venue located in Geneva, New York. Consisting of repurposed 19th century dairy barns, a large courtyard and a manicured ceremony location with gorgeous lake views, this venue is perfect for rustic wedding couples who are looking for something truly unique. At Twin Silos we only do one wedding on a weekend to provide each couple the time and attention they deserve for their special event. The barn and grounds rental generally runs from Friday at 10:00am thru Sunday 1:00pm. This provides ample time for decorating, rehearsal, on-site wedding and the reception. The reception area includes heat and air conditioning, separate women's & men's bathrooms both with multiple stalls and a separate ADA compliant bathroom. Also included are tables and white chairs for the ceremony and reception. We offer a cake display area, amber up lighting into the rafters and all lights can be dimmed. The outside area offers a 10' x 30' front stone patio and an attached 20' x 70' covered deck. Both of these entrances are wheelchair accessible. The deck also has tent sides that can be used to enclose the entire deck for inclement weather. We look forward to meeting with you and working to make your special day go perfectly.
