The main level features a distinguished 26-person head table, two restrooms (ADA-compliant with a baby changing station), and a welcoming lobby equipped with a 55-inch Smart TV—perfect for presentations, slideshows, or digital customizations to enhance your event. The upstairs loft level provides seating for 40 guests at five 60-inch round tables, all paired with elegant gold Chiavari chairs. Decorated in soft blues and whites, the space exudes a cozy yet elevated aesthetic, accented by subtle industrial elements that pay homage to the building’s history. A catering kitchen is available for prep and plating, complete with commercial sinks, stainless steel tables, and starter supplies to support caterers and hosts.

We host intimate celebrations for up to 75 guests, offering flexible venue packages that include indoor and outdoor ceremony locations—Blossom Hall, the orchard, the pond, and the meadow. Couples can choose single-day or multi-day access to the property. Select packages include exclusive use of our farmhouse with three king bedrooms, a full kitchen, and space to gather. The Tucker Homestead is a beautiful historic home with history and elegance dating back to 1910. The setting is on a large farm that is surrounded by rolling hills and knob land. From the house, to the beautiful log cabin located adjacent to the house, large mature trees, landscaped grounds, the spacious patio with a fireplace makes a perfect setting and backdrop for your special day. An additional house is provided for the bride and her bridesmaids to have their hair and makeup done. The bride then comes to the Homestead house to get into her dress for first looks and photos. The groomsmen have a beautiful Log cabin to get ready in and await the time. There are different packages to accommodate your wedding guest list. Caron Tucker, the owner is on the grounds at all times to make sure your day is stress free and to make sure everything goes smoothly. Founded in 2012, West Sixth Brewing is located in a 100 year old building called the Bread Box, historically used for the Rainbo Bread Factory, in Lexington, Kentucky. We brew, can and bottle our beer out of this location We pride ourselves on the craft beer we make and having a positive impact on the communities we're a part of. The Barrel Room is our private event space in the brewery that we use to store all of our barrels of wild and sour aged beers. It is a casual space, with tile floor, and walls, with seating for up to 75 people. Although it is unconditioned, usually is very comfortable in the winter. In the summer, however, it can get hot! But if you want an easy place to host a party, with the atmosphere of the brewery, that's the place to do it. This room is equipped with a private bar.

Built in 1842, historic Simmstown Manor has a rich story. Originally constructed by Harvey McElroy for his daughter Mariah, the home later passed to John Simms after the Civil War. Unlike many, Simms preserved his wealth through the war and acquired the mansion and its surrounding land, eventually owning 2,400 acres. The Simms family added a two-story north wing and moved in by 1868, hosting grand gatherings for the region’s most prominent families. When John’s wife, Sarah Cecilia, died in 1895, he divided his land among their five children, giving Simmstown to his youngest, Mary, with whom he lived until his death. The property remained in the family until 1983, when it was sold to the current owner, Larry Hodge. Both the house and grounds later underwent extensive renovation, preserving as much historic character as possible.

Copper Roux is the PERFECT location for your next occasion! The space offers a contemporary design with rustic elements inspired by all things Kentucky, bourbon, and horses! Copper Roux is equipped with full AV capabilities including projection, TVs, microphones, and house sound. The space can accommodate 100-150 guests for a seated event or up to 180 cocktail style. Facility rental includes tables, chairs, linen, set up and clean up. Bayou Bluegrass Catering is the exclusive food and beverage provider for our venue, known for our delicious food and outstanding service!
