In addition to the private restrooms and bar, we have an additional space that can be joined in tandem with our event hall. In addition to our great West Sixth beer options we can also offer wine & liquor for private events. CHEERS!

Venue considerations

We hosted our wedding reception here and LOVED it. The space is beautiful on its own and does not need a lot of decorations. It was nice and easy having the alcohol provided by West Sixth (just had to meet a bar minimum, which we did easily with 80 some guests). I also liked that we were able to bring our own food in, which was provided by a local restaurant. Staff is friendly and communication was easy aside from an email glitch. If I had to do it all over again, I wouldn’t change anything!

PARLOUR Nulu//Falls City Beer

5.0

Louisville, KY
  • Up to 200 guests
  • All-inclusive
  • Indoor & outdoor
  • Starts at $300

Founded in 1905 by Ben Schrader and a group of local tavern owners and grocers, the original Falls City was formed to fight a big beer takeover in Louisville. In 1906, Otto Doerr was hired as our first brew master and our beer soon began appearing in local taverns. Shortly thereafter, a bottling plant was added and Falls City became one of the most popular breweries in Louisville, KY. The Falls City Beer Taproom in the NuLu neighborhood recently underwent transformation as PARLOUR steps in for a collaborative restaurant venture. The partnership highlights the shared commitment to quality and community between Falls City Beer and PARLOUR. Falls City Beer has been a popular choice at PARLOUR restaurants, and this venture represents a natural progression of the successful relationship between the two establishments.

Awarded Best of Zola
My best friend & fiance planned a surprise engagement party for me right after my future husband popped the question in August! They rented out the entire brewery! We had about 75 people & it was such an amazing experience! The staff let my best friend arrive a few hours before my FH even popped the question so she could begin setting up! The staff was extremely friendly & easy to work with! The staff even went above and beyond in recommending DJ services & helped my best friend and fiance create the most amazing menu!

Waterfront Botanical Gardens’ space is serene and elevated, both indoors and out. The care and attention to the plants is clear, and the glass architecture of the primary event venue visually transports indoor guests, to the outdoors. The indoor space is large enough for a beautiful seated dinner and buffet, and the plazas allow the party to overflow into the Gardens. The staff give great attention to details during the planning process and are present during the event. The downtown Louisville skyline and bridges are visible from the plaza, and the garden photo ops cannot be beat. The Gardens are easily accessible from I-71 and I-64, with close proximity to downtown, NuLu, and Southern Indiana.
