Marissa Williams Bridal Hairstylist

Rating: 5.0 (20 reviews)

Team of 1
Starts at $380
Serves Boxholm, IA

I am a Bridal Hair Stylist based out of West Des Moines! Styling hair is my passion along with everything that comes with being a Bridal Hairstylist. The busy mornings, laughter among friends/family, traveling to different venues- I love it all!

“Marissa did an absolutely phenomenal job styling my hair for my wedding day! She work on seven of us—myself, my mom, four bridesmaids, and a personal attendant—and every single style turned out beautifully. She was incredibly efficient without sacrificing quality, and she handled a wide range of hair types and textures (short, long, curly, straight, thick, and thin) with ease. I decided to change my hairstyle just days before the wedding and sent her reference photos—she executed the new look flawlessly. My hair held up all night through photos, dancing, and everything in between. I couldn’t have asked for a better stylist to be part of my day. Highly recommend Marissa to any bride looking for someone talented, flexible, and calm under pressure!”

Hi! My name is Nicole Jarzobski. It’s so nice to meet you! I’m a traveling makeup artist in Gretna, Nebraska, specializing in bridal and special event makeup. I have been in the beauty industry for over 8 years, and have been doing bridal makeup for 5 years. It is my passion to make everyone feel beautiful and confident!

“NICOLE!! First off, I knew I wanted to Nicole to do my wedding makeup a year before I even got engaged once I saw her work on instagram. So after I had picked a date and venue, she was the first vendor I booked. Since the first contact, Nicole was professional, communicative and lovely to work with. She made the booking process easy and was quick to respond to any questions. Fast forward to 6 week before my wedding, we had the trial. I went to her studio and it was so cute! It was a beautiful, professional space. As soon as I walked in I felt like I was treated with such respect and like a valued client. She took the time to ask questions about what I wanted and we went through my inspiration pictures. The trial lasted approx 1.5 hours and I loved it! It felt like she really took her time to perfect my makeup. When I saw it, my jaw dropped. I was stunned at how perfect the makeup looked. It was better than I could have imagined. On the wedding day, Nicole arrived early and was set up and ready to begin right on time. As a type A girlie, I appreciated that. I let each of the girls pick their own style of makeup and Nicole perfectly accommodated everyone including multiple different skin tones and make comfortability levels. She also brought a wonderful second artist, Marisol. All my girls LOVED their makeup. The ones that opted to not get their makeup done regretted it after seeing their work. The makeup lasted sooo well on the wedding day. I even slept in it (on accident) and it was still amazing the next morning. The lashes perfectly still on. I got so many compliments on my makeup. I couldn't recommend Nicole enough!”

“Brit did an updo for my wedding for myself & maid of honor. She came to my location which made my day way easier with scheduling! She did our hair better then I could have imagined! It held up the whole night of dancing & sweating. She is so confident in her work & knows exactly how to do what you want in a very timely manner. “Michelle helped me out after my previous hair for my wedding cancelled on me fairly close to my wedding day! I had a large wedding party and she was flexible in working with another hair stylist on site to make sure all my girls looked and felt beautiful! Everyone LOVED their hair. Some even didn't know what they wanted and she gave great recommendations based on their hair. She went above and beyond when a couple of my girls who has their hair done by someone else off site didn’t love their hair, so she last minute helped them out and fixed it so they were happy with their hair! Cannot recommend Michelle enough!”

Hi, I’m Stacia I’ve been styling brides hair in Iowa since 2010 while I was still in school. I spent hours perfecting the bride’s look, and as I watched everything come together, I realized how much I loved the energy of weddings. The way hair can transform a person and complete their entire bridal look—there was something magical about it. Hair comes in all shapes, sizes, and textures, and I see it as a blank canvas to create a style that’s as unique as you are. Whether you want timeless elegance, romantic waves, or a soft boho vibe, I’ll bring your vision to life with care and attention to detail.

“Stacia is truly amazing at her craft. She brings incredible depth and attention to detail in everything she does, and most importantly, she really connects with her clients. Her work isn’t just beautiful—it reflects the care, communication, and effort she consistently puts in. Working alongside her is always a pleasure. Her kit is meticulously organized, clean, and extremely sanitary. She uses high-quality products made with natural ingredients, which I really appreciate. She even brings an air purifier with a fan to help clear the air from product fog—which I know my lungs are grateful for! Stacia is a true professional, and it shows in every aspect of her work.”

I have had the opportunity to work at two amazing salons over my career. Through them I realized I can have it all by balancing time with family, work, and travel.
