Cortland Mansion is a one-stop venue. We provide the tables and chairs for the reception as well as the white resin chairs for the ceremony. We offer on-site catering that includes setting up and cleaning up of the space. We offer linens with the rental and have an array of colors to choose from for weddings. We offer different bar options such as cash bar, tab bar and open bar. We also have a bridal suite that can be utilized for the day. Our rental hours for weddings start at 7:00 a.m. to midnight.

Since 1928, West Shore Country Club provides Central Pennsylvania with the most glamorous of settings for wedding ceremonies and receptions. Caboose Farm is a beautiful, rustic wedding venue located in Sabillasville, Maryland (just north of Frederick, MD) that blends beautiful scenery with convenient accommodations. Located in close proximity to Baltimore; Washington, D.C.; and Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, the venue offers a charming 220-acre space with access to attractions such as golf, wineries, and hiking. Its scenery also provides a beautiful backdrop for events, with scenic wedding sites to choose from, countryside barn, and pastoral farms and pastures. Inside the event buildling we can comfortably accommodate up to 150 guests for a seated dinner. For groups over 150, we would have to bring in a tent for the dinner portion of the evening. The property offers seven fully furnished houses on its premises that can, collectively, accommodate 97 guests. The houses offer you the opportunity to spend a full weekend with your friends and family while celebrating your special day with those you love!

The Manor at Mountain View was the perfect find for the owners. The rustic feel with modern-day conveniences was a must. But, what was also a must was to have a venue that the word beautiful could not even describe it but, yet to keep it affordable so that so many people could come and enjoy this spectacular piece of property. The Tavern (Groom's Tavern) has its original barn beams as this was at one time a bank barn. The rustic charm matches the rod iron chandeliers in the room leading to the tavern. In 2007 the former owners built an addition to the facility that speaks volumes, equipped with windows throughout to show off the amazing view... It really is breathtaking. Today the owners have renovated all the rooms in the building but, kept the rustic charm. It brings the family great joy to see so many people happy when they visit the property and to be able to share so many events with the individuals that rent the property is a joy that is indescribable.

Located in Central Pennsylvania, Birch Hill boasts a beautiful setting to host your wedding or event. There are two buildings on the property and several outdoor locations including a fire pit, to accommodate your specific needs for your event.

The Two Mile House, an impressive, historic Federal limestone residence, was built in the 1820s when the Walnut Bottom Road served as a busy thoroughfare for travelers, merchants, and farmers plying their trades. From 1826 to 1857, it served as The James Given Tavern. Many a weary traveler stopped here for lodging and simple food. The Two Mile House, so-named because of its distance from the town square, contains 12 rooms, 10 with fireplaces, which feature Doric-style pilasters and a central panel with oval medallion. The floor plan of the main block consists of a central passage flanked by double parlors on the west and double dining rooms to the east . A kitchen ell on the first floor has a large cooking fireplace. The central passage is dominated by an open staircase. The property has five acres of landscaped grounds and is on the National Register of Historic Places.

The Manor on Saw Mill is an idyllic wedding venue located in a quiet rural area in Mechanicsburg, PA. Rustic charm and modern glam are beautifully intertwined at this picture-perfect property, with many original architectural details complemented by luxurious décor. The monitor barn comfortably seats 150 guests who will enjoy the combination of rustic charm and elegant modern touches. A unique lofted lounge is an added space for bridal party preparations or for guests to hang out during the reception. A large deck off the back of the barn is being built to overlook the ceremony site, the wooded grounds, and the grassy cocktail hour space.
