I booked with Bre after having a weird gut feeling with a previous wedding floral designer. The energy was off and I didn’t feel heard with the other designer but after my initial consultation call with Bre, I not only felt heard I felt as if I was talking to a friend. Our first call was one hour and it felt like 10 minutes. She understood the sentimental importance of florals for me personally and gave honest insight on design and cohesion. She didn’t dismiss what I thought I wanted. Instead she gave BETTER and more realistic options of availability during the time of year we were getting married (JULY in VA in no joke… LOL) I not only felt heard but increasingly validated by Bre and all nerves about the design of the day melted away. Seeing my vision come to life with her collaboration & expertise was truly breathtaking and a part of our wedding that people but mostly myself will never forget. Looking at our florals and design for our wedding it is something truly timeless but also unique and wild at the time. It is EXACTLY what I wanted and turned out better than imagined. All the florals I had saved and envisioned over the years from bridal magazines, Pinterest, and even mine and my late mother’s favorite florals were incorporated into our special day. On a personal note, Bre was so diligent and intentional when it came to my late Mothers “ In Loving Memory of” chair during our ceremony ,that is easily one of the most sentimental moments of our wedding. When I made alterations throughout the planning process, she made it very easy and was adamant that I should have what I wanted a not what family members or et cetera had in mind. As the wedding got closer, she checked in multiple times to verify details, and even helped me with the floorplan and non-floral related details when my coordinator was not coming through. On the wedding day, the florals were beautiful. Exactly what I wanted, and I had asked for a less than easy bouquet. Ashlinn was also extremely organized, and worked around the choas as my family worked on all of the last minutes items. Ashlinn made to check in with what I wanted and made sure that my vision was coming through. She was so attentive to details and knoweledable about everything.
