We can accommodate 112 guests but our niche is micro or intimate events of 50 people or less. With awe-inspiring vineyards and a relaxing vibe, your imagination will run wild.

Welcome to The Gaines Estate. The Gaines Estate is a 1920’s era mansion located in downtown Fayetteville, WV. The house was the most prominent residence in Fayetteville for many years and has been restored to its former glory to provide the perfect event venue. Experience the beauty and old-world elegance of the Gaines Estate while enjoying Fayetteville’s unique restaurants and shops and the New River National Park and Preserve. Every detail of this stunning estate has been designed with your event in mind. We offer 192 acres of breathtaking views, a newly renovated 5,000 square foot estate house, a fully enclosed 4,000 square foot pavilion that can accommodate up to 200 guests, a commercial kitchen with an in-house caterer and a fully stocked bar. Every detail has been carefully planned out to help you create the event of your dreams. We are the perfect location for ceremonies, receptions, bridal showers and more!

We're a family-owned working farm located in New Castle, VA about 20 minutes from Roanoke. We have >100 acres of pristine land that backs up to National Forest land. The back of the farm has a small, rustic barn that has been converted for use as a intimate ceremony and can accommodate several people or a covered area for serving food, cake table, and gifts area. Couples are welcome to hang photos and decorate the barn to their liking. There is ample room for tents to accommodate DJ services, dance floor, caterers, etc. The lower section of the property is meticulously maintained and has a built-in stone grill and a large fire pit that couples are welcome to use. Ample parking is available. Power is available via generator to power lights, music, etc. We're happy to work with couples or wedding planners to make your big day unique and stress-free.
