We’re Dan and Alisha Amundsen, a husband and wife photography team from Ham Lake, MN. We met in 2007, and have been happily married since 2015. We enjoy traveling, home improvement projects, and parenting (most days!). We both have a background in digital media and photography, and started getting more serious about photography when we had our daughter in 2018. We got such great feedback about our photo work with our own daughter, and we wanted to help our friends and family capture memories and milestones. From there, Bella Cattura was born. In late 2019, we started shooting weddings, and found our ultimate passion in capturing love!

In 1910, President Taft signed the bill to establish Glacier National Park as the country’s 10th national park. Mr. Healy was given a plumbing contractor for the train depot here in St. Paul, where he met Samuel Bartlett, the architect of many of the railroad depots and Glacier National Park Lodge. Healy then commissioned Bartlett to renovate and enlarge the house. In 1914, the farm was sold to John Healy, the owner of Healy Plumbing and Heating Company of St. Paul. Mr. Healy’s company became closely tied to the Great Northern Railroad, as it provided the heating and plumbing for many of the train depots that were being built around the country at that time. The farm was named Hope Glen Farm, the name of John Healy’s mother’s maiden name of Hope, and the house settles in a Glen, thus Hope Glen.
