Zingerman’s Bakehouse is an artisanal bakery with a baking school in Ann Arbor, Michigan. We started 30 years ago as a simple bread bakery with a single customer, Zingerman’s Delicatessen. Today we make bread, pastries, cakes, lunch items (and so much more!) that we proudly serve to guests in our bustling shop, our Zingerman’s partner businesses, the southeastern Michigan community and beyond.

Our Catering Sales Coordinators will work diligently and whole-heartedly to turn your event ideas into reality; our Culinary Team's creativity and hard work will show through in each dish; and our Service Staff will impress with professionalism and attentiveness. The Katherine's team specializes in creative full-service events with delicious food, warm hospitality and creative flair.

The Circ Bar and Root is a gorgeous dual venue that offers an experience unlike anything else. It has rich history dating back to the 1850's where it was most likely the first brewery in Ann Arbor. This historic building combines the original wood, brick, and stone with modern elements to create a stunning industrial bar setting. Guests often begin their day enjoying the open air with a ceremony on our Roof Deck. Our Lounge, with its large windows overlooking the Roof Deck, sets the perfect scene for cocktail hour. From there, guests move into the main bar, Circ, to enjoy dinner. This space has a 30ft wrap-around bar, built-in stage, and plenty of exposed wood and brick. Once dinner wraps up, guests are in for a treat since the rest of the evening takes place in what some call, "Ann Arbor's best kept secret." Guests head downstairs to Root's stunning caverns to finish off the night with dancing, drinks, and dessert!

Concourse Hall offers a spacious 3575 square foot floor suitable for dancing and receptions. The maple floor with sprung construction and finish is ideal for dancing. The warming kitchen is perfect for catered meals and the high ceilings and numerous windows create a light and airy venue for any event.
