“The day of my wedding left me speechless in so many ways. The room was decorated exactly as I imagined it in my head. The attention to detail that was given for our special day was second to none. Now onto the FOOD! I’ve never seen so many people ask for doggie bags to take home their left overs. Our appetizers were amazing. I’m glad I got to sample a little of everything to taste how amazing it was. Our main course, salads, sorbet and the baked Alaska were out of this world. Our guests were raving about the food. Everything was cooked to perfection including our filets! My favorite was the late night stations. We have chicken fingers, fries and sliders. We ran out of to go containers! The day was perfect and We couldn’t have asked for anything better! We highly recommend Samuel’s Grande Manor!”

The Loft @ Chandler is nestled in historic Black Rock, and features a modern industrial aesthetic, freshly brewed Thin Man beer, and delicious food by Tappo Pizza, made on site in our dedicated events kitchen. An outdoor ceremony location is available - a cool community courtyard, surrounded by red brick buildings, and home to vibrant mural artistry. It is just across the street from the Loft. We rent chairs for this space at $4 per chair, and there is a $150 site fee for the courtyard. If your group is under a certain size (appox. 80 ppl), you may marry in the Loft space itself. Winter weddings may marry in the loft, with a small amount of chairs and standing room for ceremony.

“If you are looking for a unique rustic vibe for your event, you need to go see The Lofts. Most don't know it exists but I can tell you it's worth your time to go see it. Kayla and her crew are outstanding and work so well together(that is not easy to find these days.) Wether it be a party, wedding or corporate event, you will not be disappointed here. The food was delicious too, this place has it all !!”
