While outdoor locations can accommodate 170 guests or more depending on the location, in the event of inclement weather, it should be noted that the maximum capacity for covered ceremonies is 125, and for indoor events, it is 100.

Duck Pond Manor was originally known as the England Mansion. The mansion’s building process began in 1861(according to family stories). The house was finally completed Dec 27, 1867. This 5000 sq ft mansion was built using bricks fired in a kiln right in the farm. The original Apple House still stands behind the mansion.
