Can you control which Google reviews show up on Zola?

No. Zola imports your 100 most recent Google reviews from the last two years automatically. There's no way to select or exclude specific reviews from that import. If you'd like to make any changes to your Google profile, you can do that from your Google Profile (not your Zola listing).
