Often, Google automatically creates a baseline listing for established businesses. To sync your Google reviews to Zola, you will first need to claim your Google Business profile if you have not already.
To claim it:
- Go to Google Business Profile Add Page.
- Enter the exact name and address of your business, then select it from the search results.
- Click Manage Now (or Claim this business / Own this business if searching directly via Google Search or Maps).
- Follow the on-screen prompts to choose a verification method (such as phone, text, email, or a video recording) to prove ownership
