Can I dispute a review and request that it be removed? How do I do so?

Yes, as a Vendor you can, and we will remove it if it qualifies for removal (see here for qualification).

To dispute a review and request that we remove it, please email Vendor_Reviews@zola.com with the following info: (i) the reviewer's name, (ii) a copy of their review, (iii) your name, and if it applies to you, your title and the name of the vendor business where you work, and (iv) your reason for the dispute, together with any documentation or evidence you may have.
