What is Zola’s price matching policy?

Within 48 hours of placing an order, if you find an everyday lower price on a qualifying product from an approved online retailer (see below), contact us and we'll adjust the price to match it.

Your item must be an in-stock item sold by Zola and the online retailer. The item must be an identical match (same size, color, etc.). Cash gifts and items added from other websites are not eligible for price matching.

Our list of approved online retailers includes:

  • Amazon (Ships and sold by Amazon, no marketplace pricing)
  • Bed Bath and Beyond
  • Best Buy
  • Crate and Barrel
  • Food52
  • Home Depot
  • JCPenney
  • Kohl's
  • Macy's
  • Nordstrom
  • Pottery Barn
  • Sears
  • Sur La Table
  • Target
  • Walmart (Ships and sold by Walmart, no marketplace pricing)
  • Wayfair
  • West Elm
  • Williams Sonoma

Price matching excludes promotional prices (including Thanksgiving through Cyber Monday), items on sale (including clearance, closeout, liquidation sales, damaged, used, open package, refurbished, or pre-owned), rent/lease-to-own items, mail-in rebates, storewide or unspecific offers, non-branded items, and prices that only display on a website after guests log in.

Price matching also excludes typographical errors, limited-time or quantity offers, daily deals, coupon offers, credit card offers, gift card offers, financing, service offers, bundled offers, sales tax promotions, and free items.

Price matching applies to the price of eligible merchandise sold directly by Zola but cannot be used with special promotion codes or other coupons including the completion discount.
