Luis did such an amazing job with our wedding video! I was on the fence on hiring videography for our wedding but after seeing some of his work, I was impressed and talking with him and seeing his dedication to his craft and reasonable pricing, we decided to go for it. And we are so glad we did! Luis was easy to work with, communicated well and had a great turnaround time for video delivery. Now that our wedding is over, having video footage of the day with all of our loved ones is something we will cherish forever. We would highly recommend Luis for your wedding day!

Luis is someone my (now) husband and I met because he did the videography for our friend's wedding in 2023- since then he had done 2 more of our friends wedding videos and now in September we worked with him for ours. It is such a dream to work with Luis, he's respectful of your day but also wants to make sure that all the special moments are captured! He slid right in to working with our photographer on arrival and I continued to capture special moments throughout the day/night. I can't wait to see our personal wedding video- but I already know it's going to be amazing. Luis is so wonderful to communicate with, he was punctual and made it a point to ask if there was anyone special we wanted included in the footage. So thankful we hired him and can't wait to see the final product!

Luis did an outstanding job with our wedding video. From the start, he was easy to work with, communicated clearly, and made the whole experience smooth. On the day of, he blended right in, made us feel at ease, and captured everything we wanted. The final video was incredible — emotional, high quality, and really brought the day back to life. We’re so glad we worked with him and would highly recommend his services!

We book within a year in advance, but sometimes we can be flexible depending on the season. Also, we still encourage for clients to contact us as soon as they have a date in mind for their production.

We aim for a quick turnaround time, but it also depends on how busy we are. The goal is to have your video ready within 2 - 4 months

We mainly focus on doing video production but we can for sure refer you to some amazing photographers whom we have worked with before. Just let us know, and we will be happy to pass along that information.

We don't charge special rates for traveling, but we do ask for the travel expenses to be covered. We are based out of Tampa, FL. For Productions that are within driving distance but too far for a same-day trip (3-5 hours away), we would need a hotel for 2 nights. Productions that are outside of Florida, we ask for the flight, rental car, and hotel for 2/3 nights. Feel free to reach out to lvelasques@lvproduction.net if you have more questions!

Depending on the location of your production, we sometimes need to fly, especially for longer travel days. We do this to allow for a buffer day so that if we encounter any issues or delays, we still have plenty of time to get to the wedding.

1. Fill out a SUBMISSION FORM to confirm we have your date available. 2. Once we have confirmed your date, we prefer to jump on a call with you so you can have an understanding of how we work, have you set up with exactly what you want, and we can answer any questions you may have. 3. Submit your deposit and electronic contract with a signature. 4. You are BOOKED!

WE REQUIRE A 25% DEPOSIT TO SECURE YOUR DATE, AND THE REMAINING BALANCE IS DUE 7 DAYS BEFORE YOUR WEDDING DATE.
