    Incredibly happy with Heart String Visuals!!!

    We were incredibly happy with Heart String Visuals for our wedding videographer!! Rome was super communicative whenever I would reach out with a question ahead of time. On the wedding day he was extremely professional and also fun to be around! He was personable and our whole bridal party loved him and his style. He captured such wonderful memories of our wedding day that we will always be grateful to have! You will not regret hiring Rome!!

Absolutely! While we're based in Brooklyn, New York, we're more than happy to travel for destination weddings worldwide. For weddings more than 50 miles outside the NYC metro area, we can come to your location with an additional fee to cover travel and accommodations. Absolutely. Reach out anytime to ask about our special pricing for elopements! Please note your elopement must have fewer than 20 total guests.
Once you know your wedding date, we recommend reaching out as soon as possible about our availability. We film a limited number of weddings every year to ensure our couples receive the highest quality service, so our calendar typically fills up months in advance.
Yes! We’re happy to send a copy of our certificate of liability insurance to your venue or any other vendors upon request.
While we can't film outdoors in the rain or other inclement weather conditions like snow or hail, we'll always do our best to work with you and find solutions to make it happen if possible. Your day is important to us, and we'll ensure we capture beautiful moments no matter the weather!
All footage we film is edited in-house by our incredible editing team.
We don’t offer same-day editing, but we can certainly provide same-week editing! We’ll make sure to deliver your video in a timely manner without compromising quality.
The decision is entirely yours. If you give us permission, we’re happy to share your wedding video online. For company purposes, we may share a few highlights on our social platforms, but if you prefer privacy, we’ll respect your wishes and won’t share the full video.
Most of our packages include a single videographer, but depending on the size and complexity of your wedding, we recommend adding a second videographer for more coverage. If you feel a second videographer would be beneficial, you can easily request one as an addition to your package. We're happy to work with you to ensure we capture every special moment!
To start, we recommend scheduling a call so we can help you choose the right package and answer any questions you may have. The booking process is straightforward—we only require a 50% deposit to officially secure your date with us. Once that's done, you're all set!
