Yes. Valicoff Estates operates on an open-vendor policy for food, allowing you to hire any licensed catering company or food truck of your choice. Clients are responsible for providing all table linens, dinnerware, glassware, and food service items.
Because Valicoff Estates is a working vineyard, rental contracts require a minimum purchase of 2 cases (24 bottles) of Valicoff Estates signature wine. Available selections include bold reds, rosé, and white wines.
Yes. However, you must hire a professional, licensed bartender to serve all alcohol. Self-service bars or open access to alcohol without a bartender are strictly prohibited.
